These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of earthcandlecolimited.top, operated by EARTH CANDLE CO LIMITED. Please read them before using the website or ordering from us.

We sell scented soy candles, diffusers and gift sets online to customers in the United Kingdom. Product details, prices, delivery options and charges are shown at the point of order or confirmed to you before you buy.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Your right to cancel

If you buy online as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

5. Product information and natural variation

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Soy wax can naturally show frosting, uneven surfaces or slight colour differences, and scent strength can vary with room size and conditions. These are characteristics of the material rather than faults.

6. Safe use

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
• Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, curtains and anything flammable.
• Keep diffuser oil away from skin, eyes, furniture and fabrics, and do not swallow it.
• Follow the safety and allergen information on each product label.

7. Our tree-planting pledge

We plant a tree for every candle sold. This pledge relates to candles; it does not create any contractual right for an individual customer to a specific tree or planting location.

8. Website content

The text, design and graphics on this website belong to EARTH CANDLE CO LIMITED or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by not following the safe-use guidance above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
